Our etching processes are excellent for use on both full and empty bottles but we prefer empty bottles.
Etching lead time is usually 3 to 4 weeks. Screen printing lead time is usually 2 to 3 weeks.
Etching is a process of sandblasting that actually carves into the surface of the glass, producing a true 3 dimensional result. Screen printing is a process that prints a specialized heat cured ink onto the surface of the glass.

Screen printing will last through hundreds of dishwasher cycles. It is best to use mild detergents when washing screen printed glasses.
Satin etch is a term used for a screen printed process that simulates or mimics the appearance of etched glass. It provides a beautiful low cost alternative to etching. (Our printing inks are also 100% lead-free)

If you have an established relationship with a glass manufacturer and would like to have the glass send directly to us we can accommodate you.
We have a very good record regarding breakage, less than ½ of 1%. If breakage occurs it usually happens when we receive the glass. It is always advisable to order a little extra, it is glass and it does break.
PMS colors are a standard set by the Pantone Matching System. We have a physical book of these colors so that when a color is requested we know exactly what that color is. It cuts out the guess work and you get what you want.
We wax dip bottles of all sizes and have a large selection of colors to pick from!
Yes, we do fulfillment of orders. All you need to do is provide us with a list of names and addresses and we will take care of everything for you. We can also provide you with gift boxes and insert special thank you card in the package.
